Asier Iragorri, the Mayor of Basauri, and Aintzane Ezenarro, the Gogora Director, were at the opening of the Remembrance Square exhibition today. During the presentation, the victims of Franco’s regime were remembered, which was particularly fitting as it was the day on which the dictator’s remains were moved from the Valley of the Fallen to Mingorrubio Cemetery. After the presentation speeches, it was the turn of the victims of terrorism and violence to tell their life experiences.
The exhibition can be visited at Plaza San Fausto square until 30 October.
